First,  Santa Shuffle 2015. Missing from te photo is Janice who came up with some excuse at breakfast. Hope the knee feels better soon Janice We left from the Running room and did 5K down Cootes Drive. The clothing came off fairly quickly as it was such a lovely day.


























Next, Saturday meet up is at Arbour Road  and coffee spot is Aces. Enjoy another warm Saturday. I will post the Romano's photos soon - they are not great because of the age of my phone and the low light. Have a great week everyone.

Good day ladies, Plans for Saturday have changed due to the fact that it is Remembrance Day and there will be services in downtown Stoney Creek making it difficult for moving around there on Saturday. Now the plan is to meet at Arbour Road and have coffee/breakfast at Ace's afterwards.    Since Saturday's high is supposed to be only 1C, you best have your woolies on for your ventures outside. Seems that the cold season has dropped it's bomb on us now....................Think Christmas!!!!!  or not..... Stay toasty and have a great day!!

November 25th and 26th

I saw a sign today that said Christmas is 33 days away. When we go out this weekend it will be a month away. Time going to fast for you? On Saturday we will meet at Wentworth stairs at 8:00 am and head east  as far as you want. Coffee at Nora's I will not be joining you , instead I will be girding myself for the McMaster Children's Christmas Party. It should be a lovely morning so enjoy whatever you do. On Sunday we will meet at Wentworth stairs at 8:30 and head west as far as you want. Coffee at Fortinos. If anyone wants to either go a little longer or further on Sunday, I'm your woman - I've been slacking of late. Have a great week everyone.

Sept 26th

First Saturday of Fall. Official.  We are meeting at Williams at 7:55 and will run around boats and automobiles all the way to Cootes if we want. Coffee options include Williams, of course, Grandads, PaneDelSole or 541 Eatery. Our reward depends on how long and fast we walk/run. Have a great week everyone and Happy Birthday Mary
